Culture Fest 2022 at JTC Boys:
Cultural Fest 2022 organised by Lower Primary, Primary and Middle section at Johar Town Boys Campus was a sterling display of celebrating the traditions, art, language and cultural aesthetics and artifacts of Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit Baltistan, Sindh and Balochistan.
Students of Grade I to VIII enthusiastically participated in the event, dressed in different cultural attire, prepared cultural performances & songs and set up different cultural stalls with their parents. The stalls of the respective provinces displayed their cultural artifacts, food, attire, jewellery, home décor items and many more. Mothers helped their children in the set up of these stalls and it was walk in by other parents and their relatives and friends to witness, acknowledge/appreciate the magnificence of the event.
Students and parents also participated and rejoiced playing an assortment of cultural games like stapoo, lattoo, pakran pakrai, chupan chupai, rassa kashi, ghorh sawari and many more activities like clay pottery, horse riding, costume parade, mehndi and food stalls etc. Parents appreciated this arrangement by the school stating that it reminded them of their childhood and it has made students realize the beauty and significance of the cultures of Pakistan.
