BSS’s ethical framework believes in the development of all. We endow our energies and resources to integrate top notch teaching strategies and accelerate teachers’ learning and teaching experiences throughout the society including other organizations and government sector.

This is the vision which makes Beaconhouse School System distinctive among other organizations in the education sector.

As a part of social and community service projects, BSS NNPII recently partnered with Durbeen, a non-profit organization with the long term goal of establishing high standard education offering government schools and facilitated them with its augmented experience by conducting Practicum Experiences module of Dubeen’s B.Ed programme at its campus.

Durbeen has undertaken the management of the Government Elementary College of Education, Hussainabad campus in Karachi, to develop professionally qualified, highly trained teachers for these government schools.

As a part of their academic learning activity, 3 batches of student-teachers at GECE Hussainabad spent their time at BSS NNPII to observe and learn about the consolidated mechanism of teaching professionally.

They connected theoretical ideas with practical experience and witnessed the execution of professional, collaborative relationships established with peers and supervisors.

Observing the best course of action exhibited by our teachers, Durbeen students got the idea about building the habit of reflective practice and a receptivity to accept and incorporate feedback.

They particularly explored working with children in primary grades, including understanding their cognitive and affective needs.

At the completion of the project, Durbeen valued BSS NNPII’s succor with a thoughtful gift and a note of thanks.
