We, at Junior Campus, Peco Road love planning regular activities that can benefit children and help them learn. Going for nature walks, playing games, making crafts, and other activities like this are not only fun but are extremely beneficial as well. In order to help them learn while also having fun we organized a cupcake making activity with the students of Pre Nursery. Baking with children helps them learn many things. It boosts their language skills, improves their vocabulary, motor skills and mathematical skills as well.
Cupcakes are simply the best and just right for any occasion. We can eat them plain or decorate them with icing, sprinkles, marshmallows or anything that take our fancy. They are the perfect individual treat for anyone who has a sweet tooth.
The students of Pre Nursery tried their hand at making these delicious treats for themselves. Dressed in their cute chef hats they thoroughly enjoyed this exciting activity. They put the ingredients together and whisked them into a smooth cake batter. They used cupcake liners and scooped in the batter with the help of their teacher. The teacher placed the tray in a preheated oven and the students waited patiently to see how their cupcakes turned out. Once cooled the students took turns icing their cupcakes with fresh cream and added colorful sprinkles to decorate them. They loved eating their creation and shared these yummy treats with their teachers and school staff. It was a wonderful learning experience for them.
