BCP Qasimabad believes in showing an accurate picture of real life. Our business students are great with their knowledge. We want them to experience the business world on a small scale, so we initiated a Bake and Sale, and the students decided to donate their profits to an NGO.
Here is a walkthrough of one of our student’s perspective on the Bake and sale:

On Thursday, 9th December, I attended the BCP Qasimabad’s Bake Sale held by the A-Levels’ business students of AS and A2. They collectively decided upon a theme of Food street.  It was quite a remarkable event, I must say. It was an excellent initiative for the students and very refreshing and entertaining. It was also very insightful for the students as they had to come up with a proper business plan for selling the items at the sale. The students came up with the items to sell. They came up with ideas for good and reasonable deals. The students decided on how much to invest. They agreed on different pricing

strategies to make their stalls profitable.

The entrance towards the food street was so appealing; it was an arch covered with blue and white colored balloons. The food stalls had been decorated exquisitely, the place looked so vibrant. The students’ innovative ideas for the bake sale came to life that day. There was a variety of food options to choose from. The AS students had set up stalls for rolls, mini trifles, biryani, coffee, chocolate milkshakes, and Nutella brownies. The A2 students had set up booths for pizza, fries or garlic mayo, masala or Cheetos flavor; gol gappay; fudge brownies, and drinks. Overall, everything tasted unbearably scrumptious; hats off to them. Everyone worked their socks off. They had obviously put in a lot of effort that day, and everyone played their part in their own way, and it clearly showed that day.

The event took place within school hours, so the students, teachers, staff, and everyone could come to participate. The arrangement, down to the food, everything was immaculate. The ambiance was so lovely. Everyone was helping each other out, trying to make sure their fellow students completed the needs of their customers. As soon as any; it was finished, the students’ refilled their stalls. Thus that proved that they had come well

prepared and with a lot of stock to do business that day.
In the end, they raised quite a considerable sum of money, including the profits, which would then be donated to charity. Credit goes to all students rightfully in their own place. Good for them.
Hands down, without a doubt, it was one of the best bake sales arranged by a school that I’ve been to in a long time. I really enjoyed attending the bake sale event!
