Teacher training is an important and integral feature of Beaconhouse School System for both new and experienced teachers. As teachers are lifelong learners, Beaconhouse provides ‘Professional Development Courses’ to its teachers.
This course aims to provide mentors with an understanding of the scope and limits of their role and helps them develop the skills and attitudes they need to perform well in their role while helping their mentees.
The trainers for these 3-day sessions are Ms. Shagufta Hasan (Instructional Coach – Jauhar Primary Campus) and Ms. Fariha Amir (Instructional Coach – Jauhar Campus-Middle School). The attendees are experienced teachers from all the branches of Cluster-30.
