Leadership isn’t just with regards to the gig title an individual has. Leadership is about the practices they show and the activities they rouse. Leadership is an expertise, not a capacity, and the best chiefs are the ones that perceive that and are continuously looking to create and develop.

Leadership consists of two elements — the ability and willingness to rally people to a common purpose and to have a character which inspires confidence in them and Teamwork is the ability to work together toward a common vision. Vision of BSS is to “promote excellence and equality” in the development of the educational potential of all pupils and values its heritage while it continues to reinvent its educational approach to meet the needs of the future. We believe that modern methods and attitudes can enable students to achieve their fullest potential.
Our cluster 36 is always creating a comfortable environment for the staff of BSS-Malir Campus .To feel the energy that gets into any room you enter and individuals will be attracted to you. We think out of the box and we are the light emission association.
