To enable learners to be strong future leaders and community stars, the Beaconhouse School System, Primary & Middle Years Branch has been continuously working on their entrepreneurship and leadership skills, paving the path for success.

It’s no understatement that a leader has to have a heavily persuasive and profound speech to impact the people around and convince them to do as told. BSS recently introduced a pitch challenge among learners that yielded phenomenal results and received overwhelming enthusiasm from our Beaconites’ side. The challenge was principally focusing on empowering our learners with entrepreneurial skills and providing them a platform to showcase their business talent and use top-notch marketing strategies to outsell their sales.

The world is all about business now, and to support the community and its economy, we believe that people need to stop chasing job opportunities. They must rather take the initiative and learn to open ways for themselves on their own that would benefit them and bring colossal merits to other people in the community, one of which could be job opportunities for others.

The Pitch challenge allowed the learner to develop a unique business idea and use their persuasive techniques and argumentative skills to present it in the best way possible before the audience. As usual, we connected our classrooms to real-life situations, procuring our learners with quality and practical education. Even our young Beaconites came up with wonderfully class apart business ideas and presented them with outstanding marketing strategies that made the audience go wow!!!

It boosted our learner’s confidence level up a notch and accelerated their marketing skills off the charts. Pitch challenge has been an amazing and unique initiative that made beacon house stay ahead of the competition and gain dominance over competitors.
