Covid is a deadly disease which spreads quickly from one person to another. It makes a person lazy and ill and of course nobody would like that. So it is our utmost duty to prevent the spread of this disease and avoid getting infected or infecting others. But what shall we do? Shall we stop living life as we know it? So students get to choose their own mode of learning depending on their preferences. If a student prefers they may learn online and if they like they can attend lessons in person. Now Hybrid learning is not like blended learning, because hybrid learning has aspects like video conferencing and a proper learning management system.
So here are some tips to make the hybrid learning system far more successful. First the teacher must provide a positive learning environment so that even if the student opts for online lessons it’s not because they are afraid of interacting with the teacher in person. Secondly, make sure that students get a chance to effectively engage with their class fellows and teachers. And lastly the students (especially those online) should ensure that they remain focused and attentive throughout the lesson being delivered.
