Study, study, study. When we hear the name of any school or educational institution the first thing that pops into our minds is just study. Of course school is all about the mountains of books, tons of papers and an ever extensive list of work. That’s what you think right but, sorry to say, you’re mistaken. Well at least in the case of Beaconhouse School System, because like studies we pay close and equal attention to extracurricular activities like athletics, music, bonfires and what not. So if we boost your knowledge through book reading we’d also do so through fun activities, like a thrilling football tournament.

On 10 February, 2022 Beaconhouse Bahria Enclave Campus hosted a very exciting and energizing football tournament. The skilful teams of Beaconhouse Newlands Campus and Beaconhouse Margalla Campus were invited to participate and demonstrate their football skills. Indeed, both teams were quite tough and were determined to win so it was an intense uphill battle to win this prestigious title of being the best team in the Northern cluster. The first round was a nail-biting, on-the-edge-of-your-seat kind of match between the Newlands Campus and Margalla Campus. Truly exhilarating to watch both teams pushing so hard to get to the next round. After an intense battle the match was won by Margalla Campus who had scored 7 goals. A tremendous victory, indeed. The next round was between Margalla Campus and Bahria Enclave Campus which ended with the Margalla Campus in the lead by 1 goal. All teams displayed a tremendous amount of intense effort and dedicated team work. A special shout out to our warriors in kits. Well done boys. We are proud of you.

After completing my LLB degree I became an English language teacher in Beaconhouse School System. I’ve always had a passion for writing. Back in my school days I took part in many essay competitions. I adore the idea of having a quite work space and write extensive essays and blogs to share my thoughts with the world. I’ve also written articles for the Herald Tribune newspaper. I hope you do enjoy my blogs and that you’ll keep reading them. :)
