Beaconhouse Primary Branch Satellite Town Rawalpindi held a prestigious event to commemorate Eid Milad un-Nabi with religious zeal. The Eid Milad un-Nabi (PBUH) was commemorated with milad, mehfil, and the sharing of lessons from Hazrat Muhammad’s (PBUH) life.
Both students and teachers participated with great zeal and zest. The mehfil began with the recitation of Holy Quran followed by Durood Shareef and Naats prepared by the students. Students expressed their love and devotion through delivering speeches on ‘The Life of Prophet (PBUH)’. To pay homage and exhibit tremendous devotion to the Holy Prophet, the school administration decorated the school with fabric wall hangings, coloured lights, and religious banner imprints.The milad came to a close with a dua, after which sweets were served to the students and teachers.
Mrs. Saima Faheem, the school Head Mistress In-charge, gave a closing speech, praising the efforts of teachers and students to promote Islamic teachings.She urged the students to become successful in life by following the Holy Prophets’ (PBUH) golden teachings.In the end, she also recounted some of the incidents from the life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH).
