The Beaconhouse School System is dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment for all of its students. We actively aim to promote the well-being of all learners in our care and to safeguard them from any kind of harm. The Beaconhouse School System believes that each employee has a role to play and strives to create an environment in which all members of the school community, including students, parents, teachers, administrators, and support staff, feel comfortable sharing concerns about their own safety or the safety and well-being of others.

We think that all students, regardless of age, have the right to feel secure and safe from situations or practices that could harm their physical or mental health.

In this regard, a workshop was being conducted at BSTRP to ensure that all teachers are well aware with the Beaconhouse Child Protection Policy. The CP coordinators Ms. Attiya Waheed and Ms. Saba Imran lead through the policy with the participants. They not only highlighted various issues but also addressed their queries and concerns. The point that was stressed the most was to build student’s confidence , trust them and give them the surety that they are being heard. They should be comfortable enough to come up and discuss their problems with their teachers and adults whom they can trust.

Our School Head, Mrs. Aisha Ali,concluded the session by emphasizing the importance of maintaining high standards of professional behaviour between staff and students, as well as ensuring that all staff members understand what constitutes appropriate behaviour and professional limitations.
