“The future belongs to the curious. The ones who are not afraid to try it, explore it, poke at it, question it and turn it inside out.”

Experimental learning is always an effective strategy to make learners capable of steering their learning themselves. A Science Fair was arranged at BSTRP and students from grade 1 till 5 participated in the event. Students displayed their models and projects with the help of their teachers and reviewed their peers’ presentations through a gallery walk to extend their appreciation and learning.

They displayed different projects using the scientific method to evaluate which materials float and  sink.In their Environmental Education projects, they also designed posters and t-shirts to convey the message on the effects of smoking and the deleterious effects of passive smoking which has equally harmful effects on the lungs, eyes, hair, and significantly the environment.
The posters and t-shirts were designed with vibrant colours and eye-catching texts. They also created 3D models of musical instruments, solar system and satellites.Limpidly structured messages were conveyed through all the splendid work done by the students.

The Headmistress Incharge  appreciated the work done by the teachers and young beaconites on putting their best foot forward. It was indeed a great learning experience for all!
