An initiative by the Branch Head to help students deal with stress

Stress is a very complex phenomenon that we can define in several ways. However, if you put them together, it is basically the wear and tear of daily life. If there is effective stress management, we can help one another break the hold of stress on our lives.
It is obvious that we cannot avoid all kinds of stress but there are many stressors in your life which you can definitely eliminate.

Ms. Nighat Nasreen, our worthy Branch Head, has taken a very healthy initiative of introducing her own office as a De-Stress Zone, where the students or teachers can walk in anytime and talk their heart out!
She aims to provide them with tips and tricks to get DE-STRESSED.

To add cherry on the top, yoga classes have been introduced for both students and the teachers in school time as this exercise help meditate and stay calm and positive.
