Every year at the end of the second theme, “birthday”, a mega birthday is celebrated in a different way. This year the little tots of Pre-nursery chose to enact on their reader “Happy Birthday Goose”. The event was set to happen in the last week of October. With the help of their parents and teachers, the little stars learned a few lines. After weeks of preparation and consistent hard work and collaboration of all the teachers including the organization team, music, art, and games teacher, the event happened on 29th October 2021. The assembly area was filled with balloons and all the characters were ready for their first stage appearance. Parents were also invited and they were all cheerful to see their shining stars on the stage for the first time. The rationale behind this activity was to boost confidence in the children. This event helped the parents to see the change in their child since the beginning of the session. With the narration and suitable background music, the play went smoothly. After the play, a few games were set for the parents and students including the musical chair, target throw, and ball on the spot. These activities proved to be engaging and enjoyable both for parents and students. At the end of the event Certificates of Participation and Goody bags were awarded to the learners. Our worthy Principal Ma’am Sabahet Malik, Senior Mistress Ms. Afshan Mumtaz and Coordinator Ms. Saadia Asif attended the event. Their appreciation for the little superstars boosted their confidence. The team of Early Years at BSS Main Campus Canal Faisalabad believes in standing together no matter what. We aim for the higher purpose of grooming the children from day one for the challenges they may face in the future.
